The Miami Seafood Festival & U.S. Paella Championship is a one-of-a-kind culinary celebration bringing together the freshest seafood from Miami's coastal culture and the world's most authentic paella competition — all in one spectacular day at Tropical Park.
The festival is divided into two distinct worlds: the vibrant Miami Seafood Festival on the right side of the park, and El Mercado de Espana / Paella Village (where you will also find the U.S. Paella Championship) on the left — each offering unique culinary experiences, music, and entertainment.

Want to take a trip for your senses?
The moment you arrive at the festival, tents glow across the lake while music, seafood, garlic, and citrus fill the air. Your ticket is scanned, and you are officially welcomed to the Miami Seafood Festival — an immersive culinary and entertainment experience featuring 12 major attractions, (five at the Seafood Festival and seven at El Mercado de Espana/Paella Village) each designed to take your senses on a journey through flavor, culture, music, and celebration. The seafood market & bar
As you enter the festival the first thing you see is the Seafood Market & Bar. Here lobster rolls, ceviche, oysters, shrimp, crab claws, paella, and fish tacos line the walkway while grills sizzle beneath glowing bistro lights surrounded by ropes, lanterns, and dockside décor. From the Seafood Market District you transition into the Little Caribbean District

THE LITTLE CARIBBEAN DISTRICT
The Little Caribbean District feels like an island getaway where you encounter resorts, tourism boards from multiple countries, marinas, cruise activations, Caribbean sailing and fishing charters, and tropical food, spice & hot sauce companies, while being surrounded by beach visuals combined with steel drums and bachata. Getting thirsty? Then next lets drop into Surfer Eddies Dockside Brew & Cocktail Bar ?

The Coastal Lifestyle & VIP Lounge feature a Champagne, Cava, and Prosecco Bar open to VIP's & All-Included Ticket holders only. Here the music softens. with jazz, premium cocktails for sale, This outdoor living inspired environment create a relaxed upscale atmosphere near the lake. Check out boats, hot tubs, watercraft, outdoor furniture, kitchens all while taking a breath as now it’s time to leave the Seafood Festival area, with its Seafood Market, Little Caribbean, Eddies Surfer Bar, Music and Dance as well as the Coastal Lifestyle District and go to Spain, more specifically it’s time to enter the Paella Village

At el Mercado de Espana/Paella Village the experince is deffinetly upscale and all about Spain. Here you will find Products from Spain, The Wines of Spain & The World, Chef Demonstration & Wine Pairing Pavilion, US Paella Championship, El Tablao y Más & the Mini as well as the Luxury Hospitality Villas. Note: Only Combo ticket holder and above may enter the Paella Village.

Unlimited samples of over 100 wines, beer, & spirits. Wines come from Spain & 9 other countries including Italy, France, U.S. Chile, Argentina, South Africa, and beyond. Plus cava, champagnes, and proseccos. Glasses provided.

Official U.S. Paella Championship Arena
At the U.S. Paella Championship Arena paella pans heat up over open fire while 15 elite chefs compete before cheering crowds as saffron, seafood, smoke, roasted meats, and olive oil fill the air. The winner goes to the World Championships in Sueca, Spain so the competition is intense.
